Who is responsible

What the website collects
The contact form prepares an email on your device. Its fields are not submitted to or stored by this website. Bright Pine does not offer public accounts, sign-in, or a client database.
If you choose to send the prepared email, your message may include your name, business, email address, project goal, and the details you provide.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services, prepare a proposal, deliver agreed work, provide support, and meet reasonable legal or business-record obligations. Bright Pine does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
The public website is delivered by Cloudflare. Email is handled through the sender’s and Bright Pine’s email providers. Those providers may process limited technical or message information under their own terms and security practices.
Retention and security
Email and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, support, accounting, or legal requirements. Bright Pine uses encrypted website connections and reasonable account security for the services used to communicate and deliver work.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
You may ask about access, correction, use, disclosure, or deletion of personal information by emailing the privacy lead. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed, and some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Cookies, changes, and questions
Bright Pine currently does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page. Questions or complaints can be sent to the privacy lead, and unresolved concerns may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
