JT Landscaping is identified as a live client project. Other showcased businesses are clearly labelled fictional concept projects and are presented to demonstrate design range, not to claim a commercial relationship or business results.
Your inquiry
You retain ownership of the information you choose to send. You give Bright Pine permission to use it only as reasonably needed to respond, discuss your project, prepare requested materials, and provide agreed services. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary.
Services and payment
Viewing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement. Scope, fees, payment schedule, ownership, launch responsibilities, and ongoing care become binding only when both sides agree to a separate written proposal or service agreement.
Availability and responsibility
Bright Pine works to keep the site reliable and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided as available and Bright Pine is not responsible for indirect losses arising only from its use.
Ownership and governing law
Unless stated otherwise, Bright Pine owns the site’s original design, text, and presentation. Client-owned names, marks, images, and project materials remain their owners’ property. These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada.
