Using the site
You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, access another person’s account, upload malicious material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, a unique password, protecting your sign-in details, and activity under your account. Notify Bright Pine promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Bright Pine may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Project information
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Bright Pine permission to use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for the project.
Studio tools
Studio outputs are planning demonstrations and starting points, not professional legal, financial, accessibility, or marketing advice. Review generated summaries before relying on or sending them.
Services and payment
A portal account or Studio output does not create a paid engagement. Scope, fees, payment schedule, ownership, launch responsibilities, and ongoing care become binding only when both sides agree to a separate written proposal or service agreement.
Availability and responsibility
Bright Pine works to keep the site reliable and secure but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and Bright Pine is not responsible for indirect losses arising only from use of the public demos.
Ending use
You may stop using the site at any time and can delete a portal account from its privacy controls. Terms that naturally continue—such as ownership, lawful use, and limitations—remain effective after account deletion.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions can be sent to sameer.lathqani@unb.ca.
